How fast is your brain today?
A 90 second reaction test, the kind used in sleep and attention research. Free, on your phone, and you see your score before anyone asks for your email.
- Hold your phone the way you normally do and tap Start.
- A counter appears at random moments. Tap the screen the instant you see it.
- Do not tap early. After 90 seconds you get your score.
Best somewhere quiet, sound off, no one talking to you.
Your score
Reaction time is your typical speed (the median). A lapse is a slow response, 355 ms or more, where attention dropped for a moment. Phones add a small fixed delay, so compare your score with your own on the same phone, not with other people's.
One score is a snapshot. It moves with sleep, stress and time of day. The pattern across days is what tells you something about your brain.
Save your score and join the 14-Day Brain Baseline
Three short tests a day for 14 days, then a personal report on what moves your focus. The first group is small. I will email you before it starts.
You're on the list.
Your score is saved. I will email you before the first 14-Day Brain Baseline group starts. Come back tomorrow at a different time of day and see if your number moves.
